What materials do you use?

Our hijabs and shawls are made from premium fabrics such as chiffon, satin, cotton voile, and exclusive blends designed for softness, breathability, and durability. Each product listing includes full material details.

Will the colour match what I see online?

Colours may vary slightly due to screen lighting and device settings. However, we strive to ensure all product photos are true-to-colour and professionally edited to represent the actual item as accurately as possible.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Restocks depend on fabric availability and demand. You may subscribe to the product restock notification on the product page or follow us on Instagram for updates.

3. Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply add your selected items to cart and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayNow (if enabled), and other online payment options available at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order after checkout?

Modifications or cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately at support@nafesa.sg with your order number.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently Nafesa.sg ships within Singapore and to selected international destinations. Shipping options and rates will appear at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

  • Singapore local delivery: 3-5 working days

  • International delivery: 5–14 working days depending on destination and courier
    Delivery time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.

What if my parcel is delayed or lost?

If you experience an unusual delay, reach out to us with your order number. We will assist in investigations with the courier.

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, all hijab and accessory purchases are final and non-returnable. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

What qualifies as a defect?

A defect refers to manufacturing issues such as tears, stains, or incorrect items sent. Minor colour differences or natural fabric characteristics do not qualify as defects.

How do I request an exchange?
